Accepted Methods of Payment. We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Time. The time needed to
ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the
particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery
time for Business signs and 2 weeks for custom signs.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using FEDEX or UPS Ground Service where possible.
- PLEASE OPEN WITHIN 24 HOURS OR IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON IF POSSIBLE
- NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY OF ANY PROBLEMS SO WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
- ALL CLAIMS FOR BREAKAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
Business Neon Sign Policy
Most Business neon signs are shipped so that the sign can be tested without removing it from the box. The sign must be plugged in and tested prior to removing it from the inner box. If the sign does not light, contact us immediately. If the sign does not light, do not break the seal on the inner box or remove the sign from the inner box or you will forfeit any claim for damage that may have occurred during shipping.
Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for plugging testing) the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (support@allneonanled.com) within 24 hours.
Breakage not reported within 24 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.
Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by allneonandled.
Warranty: (90) Days to (1) year warranty from date of purchase.
You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that allneonandled will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.
You must contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping any parts or product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon products.
Return Merchandise Policy.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Material Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
