•   How long will my transformer last?   Generally the transformer will last from 5 - 7 years.

•  How much does it cost to operate neon signs?    Average cost to operate your neon sign is only about 20 cents per day(if you operate it 24 hours per day)

•   Can I place my neon sign outdoors? Most of the neon signs shown on our website are designed for indoor use

• Can a neon sign be fixed once it has broken?   Most of the time neon signs can be repaired. Most neon signs are made up of several neon sections called units. If one of the units is broken, it may be possible to either repair the unit or make the unit over with new glass and new ends called electrodes.                        
  

• Is neon dangerous?  Neon and argon gas by themselves are not. They are inert. As with standard fluorescent tubes, the minute droplets of mercury present in some colors are safe as long as the tube is not broken. Improper handling can be a threat to both the environment and health.    
  

• What is an LED? A light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor device. You can see it as an electronic device that permits current to flow in One direction. And it illuminates when electricity passes through it. It is typical that LED's expected life is 100,000 hours.

• Brightness?  One of the most important features of LED signs is their brightness and clarity.  LED technology produces a sign that is very bright yet clear and easy to read from a distance.  And, LED signs are bright and easy to see even in direct sunlight.

• Green factor? No, not the color green but green in the environmentally-friendly way.  LED signs and lighting use very low power.  LED signs use only 10 watts of power.  This low-power usage also makes LED signs safe and cool to the touch.  Low-power usage also means you save a lot of money on operating your LED signs. 
  

• Stable to Use?   LEDs can tolerate different weather conditions. They resist shock, heat and even cold.
